Missed Appointments

Patients who miss, ‘no show’, or cancel their scheduled appointments without contacting our office via email, phone call, or voicemail without 24 hours advance notice to cancel or to re-schedule their appointment will result in a $40 missed appointment charge. Please do us & yourself this courtesy and avoid this fee by communicating with our office. We thank you in advance.


Refunds & Exchanges

All customized glasses purchases are final sale. We DO NOT exchange or refund any sunglasses or custom prescription glasses (frame/lenses) sold that are not deemed a manufacturer defect as evaluated by our office staff. We are not responsible for any sunglasses or custom prescription glasses that are damaged, lost, or stolen by the patient/customer. We will only exchange or refund unopened, unexpired contact lenses with ‘good/great condition’ packaging within 2 months of original purchase date. We will strive to work with you in finding a resolution case by case.
