We accept VSP Vision Care*, EyeMed*, Davis Vision, Versant, Spectera, and vision plans associated with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Guardian, MetLife, Humana, Aetna, & UnitedHealthcare.

We do not accept or bill medical insurance plans. Problem-focused medical office visits are not routine comprehensive/annual wellness visits and are not billable under the vision plans listed above that we accept; as such, these medical visits are 100% out of pocket. We are happy to provide itemized receipts to help you submit claims to your medical insurance for possible reimbursement.

*We do not accept nor are we a provider for Medicaid plans associated with VSP. We are an EyeMed provider; however, please note EyeMed Advantage & EyeMed Select plans, specifically, are out of network (OON) for reasons beyond our control. EyeMed in network plans include: Aetna, Anthem, Anthem Uniview, Access, Insight. If your specific plan is OON, we will notify you promptly.
