Bao Pham, OD

Originally a native of Southern California, Dr. Pham completed his BA from the University of California at Irvine before receiving his Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2012.

His clinical training included rotations in Primary Care at Hickam Air Force Base in Honolulu, Pediatrics/Vision Therapy at Hellerstein & Brenner Vision Center in Denver, Advanced Care at Illinois Eye Institute in Chicago, and Ocular Disease/Low Vision at Providence VA in Rhode Island.

Dr. Pham places emphasis on preventative ocular health care and building trust with his patients. He aims to help them better understand his services, treatment & recommendations, and the details within an eye exam. He practices primary care optometry and believes in working with esteemed specialists as a team, when in need, to deliver the best care. Careful consideration is placed into selecting eyewear & crafting quality lenses in order to provide patients with clear, comfortable vision.

Dr. Pham has a passion for travel and an appreciation for nature and the outdoors. He finds joy in immersing himself in the diverse and rich cultures that shape our world. His global experiences span studying abroad in Italy, twice collaborating with international volunteer teams to educate Indigenous children in Guatemala, and living and working in Australia. These experiences have broadened his worldview and deepened his empathy—qualities that greatly enhance his ability to connect with patients and serve his community with meaning and compassion.
