We accept VSP Vision Care, EyeMed, Davis Vision, Versant, Spectera, and vision plans associated with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, MetLife, Humana, Aetna, & UnitedHealthcare. Problem-focused medical office visits are not routine comprehensive/annual wellness visits and are not billable under these vision plans; as such, these medical visits are 100% out of pocket.
